Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Prepare recurring reports and performance metrics to support management decision making.
• Partner with accounting teams during close processes and assist with financial reporting activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning initiatives across multiple business areas.
• Assist with strategic projects, business evaluations, and post acquisition performance analysis.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related function.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Previous experience working within private equity, venture capital backed, or investment focused environments.
• Candidates must be located within commuting distance of the work location.

Qualifications:

• Healthcare industry experience, particularly within specialty healthcare environments.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
• Prior experience using business intelligence tools, reporting platforms, and advanced financial models.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Advanced education or professional development in finance, business, or a related field.
