We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.Competitive pay ($55-60/hour)W-2 employment with liability insurance included401(k) with company matchReimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expensesMileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonusesMentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionalsProvide occupational therapy services in the school settingConduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reportsDevelop and implement IEP goals and therapy plansParticipate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teamsPartner with teachers and families to support carryover of skillsMaintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance recordsMonitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as neededMaster's Degree in Occupational TherapyActive Oregon OT LicenseExperience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not requiredAmpersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
