Recycling Yard General Laborer

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a hardworking and dependable General Labor Associate in Jackson, GA. In this hands‑on and physically active role, you will support daily operations at a tire recycling plant while working in a fast‑paced outdoor environment. Responsibilities Assisting with tire sorting, loading, and processing operations. Removing debris and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Supporting equipment operators and plant staff as needed. Following all safety procedures and company guidelines. Performing general labor duties in an outdoor recycling facility. Qualifications Ability to work outdoors under all weather conditions. Willingness to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials. Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Strong work ethic and commitment to safety. Benefits $16 per hour. Healthcare, vision, and dental benefits. 1st shift position with weekends off.
