Role Description The Intake Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Cumming, GA. This position is responsible for being the first point of contact for prospective clients, answering phone calls and emails, gathering essential case information, and scheduling consultations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed client intake interviews, accurately entering data into case management systems, and verifying insurance or other relevant documentation when applicable. The Intake Specialist will also provide general customer service support, such as updating clients on next steps, routing inquiries to the appropriate legal professionals, and maintaining organized records. Collaboration with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth handoff of new matters and consistent follow-up with prospects is a key part of the role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners. Experience with Client Intake processes, including gathering and documenting detailed information accurately. Customer Service skills focused on empathy, active listening, and maintaining a professional, client-centered approach. High energy sales experience Ability to manage multiple inquiries at once, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using office software and case management or CRM systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.
