Physical Therapist (PT) | Alameda, CA

We’re seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in Alameda, California . This position offers the opportunity to help patients improve strength, mobility, and independence while working in a collaborative rehab environment.

Position Details

• Location: Alameda, CA

• Schedule: 36 hours per week (guaranteed)

• Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension)

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist License (California)

• Current BLS certification

• Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore function and mobility

• Document patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and home programs

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
