The Payrate range is $17.00 to $19.50 per hour Available Shifts 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Key Responsibilities Operate rubber molding machines in a manufacturing environment Inspect, trim, and package finished products Perform basic machine adjustments and quality checks Follow all safety guidelines and production standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Entry-level candidates welcome – no experience required Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Why Apply?
