Now Hiring a Production Associate (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Cherryville, NC Pay: $18.00$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Join a Growing Manufacturing Team! We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Cherryville, NC. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform basic machine setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory record updates
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Assemble, package, label, and move materials as needed
- Complete production logs and required documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
