Locums to Perm Family Practice Physician (Primary Care) – Victorville, CA
Join a supportive primary care practice in Victorville as a Locums-to-Perm Family Practice Physician. You’ll work Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM seeing a mostly adult/geriatric patient population, with weekly pay via direct deposit . Travel and lodging are covered , and you’ll start 06/01/2026 for a contract length of 3–6 months (with transition to perm).

What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care for a mostly adult/geriatric patient population
• Manage day-to-day outpatient visits with a typical patient volume of ~15–18 per day
• Use NextGen EMR to document and coordinate care
• Perform and/or support common outpatient procedures as credentialed and trained, including PAPs, cryo, punch biopsies, and simple wound care
• Provide treatments such as toe nail removal as needed
• Collaborate in a clinic environment with 2 physicians and 2.5 APPs supporting the assignment

What You Need
Required

• MD (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
• BC or BE
• CA or IMLC licensure
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Preferred

• Experience providing outpatient primary care to adult/geriatric populations
• Familiarity with NextGen EMR (preferred)

About the Assignment
You’ll join a primary care practice in Victorville, CA during a 3–6 month Locums-to-Perm assignment starting 06/01/2026 . The schedule is Monday–Friday, daytime hours , with support from an established team of physicians and APPs. Travel and lodging are covered , and you’ll practice in a setting equipped with NextGen .
