Marketing Coordinator

The Daily Wire is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns across our portfolio of brands and products. This role assists with campaign deployment, content coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet company standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and social media. Build, QA, and deploy lifecycle marketing campaigns while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate marketing requests, assets, and project timelines to keep campaigns on schedule. Maintain content calendars and assist with drafting and publishing promotional content across digital channels. Partner with Creative and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand standards and deadlines. Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on engagement, conversion, and social media metrics to inform future strategies. Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation, including daily project logs and campaign updates. Contribute to initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and membership growth while supporting additional marketing projects as needed. Experience & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience supporting marketing, content, or campaign execution in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Interest in and familiarity with news, media, and cultural commentary.
