Full Time Seasonal Manual Labor South Easton, MA, US Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Annually Position Summary The Service Technician Apprentice is an entry-level training position within the Service Department designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the pool service industry. This role works alongside experienced technicians to learn pool maintenance, equipment operation, water chemistry, troubleshooting, and customer service skills through hands‑on field experience. The Service Technician Apprentice supports routine service work, seasonal openings and closings, equipment cleaning, and general field operations while developing technical knowledge and industry experience. This is a physically active, outdoor role ideal for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
