Front of House Manager – Bryn Mawr, PA

Scratch Kitchen Café

Pay: $22 - $25 / hour + Benefits, Bonus & Growth Opportunity

Love hospitality? We are looking for an energetic FOH Manager to run the front of house at our busy, scratch-cooking café in Bryn Mawr, PA.

This is a guest-facing leadership role for someone who thrives on creating a welcoming atmosphere, building a strong service team, and keeping service smooth and efficient during peak volume. You’ll set the tone for hospitality from the moment guests walk in.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the floor – oversee all FOH service, flow, and guest interactions from open through close
• Build and develop the team – recruit, onboard, train, and motivate cashiers, baristas, and service staff
• Own the guest experience – ensure every guest feels welcome, orders are accurate, and service is fast and friendly
• Partner with BOH – work closely with kitchen leadership to ensure ticket times, food quality, and communication are on point
• Manage the details – handle scheduling, cash handling, opening/closing checklists, and dining room cleanliness and organization
• Drive results – monitor service metrics, labor, and daily sales, and take action to improve performance
• Uphold our standards for food safety, sanitation, and DOH compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ year as FOH Manager, Shift Manager, AGM, or Lead in fast-casual, café, or full-service restaurant
• A true hospitality mindset – you lead by example and love taking care of people
• Experience with POS, scheduling, and managing a high-volume service team
• Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure with strong communication skills
• Passion for scratch cooking, quality ingredients, and great service
• Open availability for days, weekends, and holidays – no late nights required
