We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations for a growing fast-casual café in Bryn Mawr, PA. If you’re passionate about food quality, people development, guest experience, and running a tight, profitable operation, this GM role is for you.

As General Manager, you’ll own the entire operation – front and back of house. You’ll drive sales, control costs, develop your team, and ensure consistent food quality, hospitality, and operational excellence from open to close. This is a hands-on leadership position essential to delivering great food and a smooth, reliable operation every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, schedule, and develop all FOH and BOH teams; foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture
• Own overall P&L, including sales growth, labor management, COGS, inventory, ordering, vendor relations, and waste control
• Ensure exceptional guest experience, food quality, consistency, and speed of service
• Maintain the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation; ensure full DOH compliance
• Analyze sales, labor, and product mix data to drive improvements, efficiencies, and training opportunities
• Oversee daily operations, equipment maintenance, and operational readiness
• Partner with ownership on SOPs, recipe execution, retail production, and future expansion plans

Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Manager or AGM experience in fast-casual, cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment
• Proven track record of leading both FOH and BOH teams
• Strong business acumen with proficiency in scheduling, inventory systems, P&L management, and cost controls
• Demonstrated success in training, coaching, and performance management
• Working knowledge of DOH rules and sanitation practices
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Availability for days, weekends, and holidays required – No late nights
