Household/Lifestyle Manager

Bryn Mawr, PA Couple is seeking a LOCAL Experienced Household|Lifestyle Manager to maintain the smooth domestic operations of their 3 residences: Main Line, PA, Delray Beach, Florida, and Park City, Utah, while supporting their personal lifestyle needs too. Position: Full-Time Live-Out Experienced Household|Lifestyle Manager Schedule: Monday–Friday, Guaranteed salary, Flexible as needed Salary: $160k annually + depending on experience, will consider a Health Insurance stipend Start Date: Ideally Sept. 1, 2026, potentially sooner for the right fit Relocation: No – local candidates only. MUST be ALREADY LIVING local to the Philadelphia area.

About the Family
The couple spends approx 60% of their time in their home located on the Main Line in Bryn Mawr, PA. The rest of the time is split between their home in Del Rey Beach,
Florida, and a 3 bedroom condo located in Park City Utah. The primary has scaled down from his profession and no longer has a Personal Assistant who was very instrumental helping to manage the day-to-day tasks and admin work required to run a smooth household and his personal life too. Both he and his wife are looking for someone who can take the burden off of them. Dog: Small, Bichon Shih Tzu Staff : Bryn Mawr, Pa, the family has a daily housekeeper, Florida weekly service 1-2 x’s per week PA Home: Approx. 7K square feet, with pool FL Home: Approx. 3800K square feet, with pool *They will move to a new construction in approx 18 months, 6000K square feet. UT Home : Approx. 2300K square feet, 3 bedroom condo Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -Maintaining the day to day smooth operations of the couples residences located in PA, FL, and UT while ensuring all of their domestic and personal needs are covered. - Vendor Pricing: Research and handle all vendor pricing and expenses across the board, so the primary never has to be on the phone. This includes all domestic and personal needs. - Vendor Relations: Be the point person for all quotes, services arrangements, and complete coordination from A-Z for inside and outside projects, lawn service, pool maintenance, and landscaping vendors etc. Must be highly communicative!-Arrange and plan travel arrangements as needed. -Manage and oversee high maintenance assets, including vehicles and an RV in Utah. -Manage daily bills and expenses. -Errands: As needed Dry Cleaners; Post Office, Etc.

Ideal Candidate & Personality With full autonomy, the seasoned experienced Household/Lifestyle Manager will be honest, reliable, and able to get along with others. A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done, with no attitude, and strong communication skills. Someone to oversee everything needed to run the functioning households and personal needs with attention to detail, and a calm demeanor, giving the principals peace of mind that everything is under control. A candidate with experience managing multiple homes and able to advance their PA and Florida homes as needed. Position Requirements

• MUST be ALREADY LIVING local to the area, familiar with the area, and within a close proximity of the home

• Prior experience in a similar role managing multiple properties or large estates

• References: Minimum of 2 Excellent references

• Legal to work in the United States

• Driver’s license and clean driving record

• Background checks upon a contingent offer of hire
