Between school, activities, meals, running two small businesses, and managing a household — we're looking for someone who can bring calm, capable support and help simplify the day-to-day. Our schedule can shift, and we need consistent help to keep things running smoothly.One parent travels extensively for work and may be away for extended periods at a time. The second parent operates a locally based non-profit that requires irregular hours. Having reliable support on the home front is especially valuable. Nearby family are actively involved in our lives and help bring a sense of community to our home. To navigate work, travel, and raising children, we hope to partner with someone who can help create consistency, ease, and support within our home.We're looking for someone who brings a steady presence, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys helping a household function smoothly.
