ERP Analyst

Overview DEPLOY's client is seeking a qualified ERP Analyst to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for providing direct ERP system support and updating system configuration for conversions as well as integrating newly acquired companies. Key Responsibilities Perform direct application support for ERP systems and update/maintain system configuration, setup, and application. Aid in establishing best practices for utilizing Epicor Eclipse and supporting interface applications. Create documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides. Train end users on proper use of the ERP and companion products, create reusable documents, videos, and other on-demand resources to streamline implementation. Leverage knowledge of Eclipse Warehouse Management System (WMS) to establish best practices for implementation and aid sites to use WMS. Facilitate migration of acquired companies to Epicor Eclipse, including SOP review and modification based on business needs. Provide detailed ERP system requirements for product development, evaluate development projects, and tailor the development process to meet project needs. Write and execute functional test plans to ensure ERP system changes or custom development. Work independently to execute functional test plans and develop draft documentation, consulting with ERP Manager and/or IT team for complex technical support issues. Work Complexity Enterprise-wide support across all Heritage businesses. Broadly standard IT ERP coding and implementation. Education & Experience Certifications: None required. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred. Years of Experience: 5+ years in an ERP Analyst or equivalent role required. Eclipse ERP support experience required. Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong technical and functional knowledge of Eclipse ERP solutions.
