ERP Analyst

Overview A growing and highly successful organization is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst IV to join its Corporate IT team. This role is ideal for a technical and business-focused professional with strong SAP expertise who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, leading projects, and delivering enterprise-wide solutions that drive business performance. The successful candidate will serve as a key resource for ERP systems, analytics, planning solutions, and business process optimization, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Lead business requirements gathering sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions Provide functional and technical leadership for ERP-related projects and enhancements Partner with technical teams to develop specifications and customized solutions Design, develop, and execute testing strategies, including unit, regression, and integration testing Support enterprise applications, master data management, and system integrations Research and implement best practices to improve business processes and system utilization Develop planning models, dashboards, stories, and visualizations using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal user experience Provide recommendations on emerging technologies and strategic business opportunities Mentor team members and contribute to project leadership initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3–5+ years of experience supporting enterprise software platforms, preferably SAP environments Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development and administration Experience with complex ERP implementations, integrations, and business process improvements Strong understanding of planning processes, including financial, sales, and margin planning Advanced SQL skills and experience working with APIs, OData, and other integration technologies Experience with Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, or similar project methodologies Proven ability to lead projects, mentor colleagues, and work independently Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus What’s Offered Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Stable, growth-oriented organization Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise initiatives Collaborative and innovative technology environment Career advancement and professional development opportunities If you're an experienced SAP and analytics professional looking for a high-impact role where you can influence business strategy and technology direction, we'd like to speak with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
