Compensation: 100% Commission – OTE $120,000+ (Top Reps Earn $200k+)

With a strong reputation and consistent lead flow, we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our high-performing team.

Position Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated, coachable, and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team. In this in-home sales role , you will meet with homeowners, provide estimates, and close deals for residential painting and flooring projects. This is a 100% commission-based position, but includes a 3–6 month paid training period to help you ramp up successfully. Top reps earn $200k+ annually.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meet with pre-qualified leads and self-generated prospects to conduct in-home consultations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate painting or flooring solutions
• Provide accurate, timely estimates and close deals on the spot or through timely follow-ups
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process
• Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and follow-up tasks
• Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth job handoffs
• Attend occasional team meetings, training, and job site visits

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience – preferably in-home, home improvement, or construction
• Strong closing skills and a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable using technology (CRM, digital estimating tools, etc.)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a background check
• Professional appearance and demeanor
