We have an exciting Temp-to-Hire On-Site Recruiter role available for one of our premier clients in Exeter, NH! Responsibilities

Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, interview, and match qualified talent for key operational and administrative roles.



On-Site Collaboration: Work directly with plant/office management to anticipate headcount needs and streamline hiring workflows.



Candidate Management: Coordinate onboarding, conduct day-one orientations, and ensure high candidate retention rates.
