This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, hands-on work, and customer interaction. In this position, you will:Be the primary point of contact on the sales floor during your shiftAssist staff and customers with questions or concernsAssign tasks, monitor breaks, and help manage staffing challengesOpen or close the store, including safe and register countsMaintain safety and operational standards while communicating with managementYou will also provide excellent customer service, help customers find products, process purchases, and keep shelves stocked and organized.This position reports to the Store Manager. Must have open availability, willingness to work nights and weekends, up to 40 hours per week.
