Outside Sales Representative – Louisville, KY

$42,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Auto-Chlor System is a nationwide, family-owned company proudly serving the hospitality industry since 1938. We're seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business throughout the greater Louisville area, with a strong focus on growing our presence in the Lexington market .

This is a true outside sales role built for someone who enjoys prospecting, cold calling, getting in front of decision-makers, and closing new business . You'll own your sales activity, build your pipeline, and develop a territory with significant long-term earning potential.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Your compensation includes a $42,000 base salary plus uncapped commission .

• $70,000–$80,000 anticipated total earnings in Year 1
• Six-figure earning potential in Year 2 and beyond as you build your customer base, strengthen your knowledge of our products, and develop your territory
• Uncapped commission — your earning potential grows with your sales performance
• Guaranteed commission during paid training to give you stability while learning the business

The first year is about learning our products, understanding the market, establishing relationships, and building your territory. As that foundation develops, so does your earning potential.

What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing restaurant and hospitality accounts throughout your territory.

You'll:

• Prospect and cold call restaurants and hospitality businesses to generate new opportunities
• Conduct in-person field prospecting and connect directly with owners and decision-makers
• Build your own pipeline and consistently pursue new business
• Develop and manage the Louisville East territory , with a dedicated focus on expanding the Lexington market
• Identify customer needs and present Auto-Chlor's commercial dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing solutions
• Manage opportunities from initial prospecting through close
• Develop strong knowledge of your territory, customers, competitors, and Auto-Chlor's products and services
• Build long-term customer relationships while continuously identifying opportunities for market growth
