Hospice Care Consultant (Michigan)

Vaco is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to hire a Hospice Care Consultant in the Flint, MI market. The goal is to drive referral partnerships and grow admissions across established territories. This is a relationship-focused, consultative role ideal for someone with an existing network in hospitals, physician offices, post-acute care, or senior services. Role: Hospice Care Consultant Location: Flint, MI Job Type: permanent hire Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 base commission spot bonuses What you'll do? Build and grow referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and facilities Execute strategic territory plans to increase admissions and census Educate referral partners and the community on hospice services Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support patient access Represent the organization at community outreach and education events What you bring? 2 years of healthcare, hospice, home health, or medical/pharma sales experience Existing referral relationships in the local market strongly preferred Proven track record meeting referral or admissions goals Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally Why apply?
