Ability to learn company databases, order entry systems, and office procedures. Experience Requirements 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, receptionist, data entry, or office administration preferred. Experience entering customer orders, quotations, and maintaining accurate records is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities preferred. Job Duties Provide administrative and sales support by entering customer quotes, orders, and related information into company databases. Review sales orders and quotations to verify accuracy and completeness before processing. Respond to internal and external correspondence, including emails, mail, and customer inquiries. Serve as backup receptionist by answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls professionally. Assist customers by addressing questions, requests, and concerns in a timely manner. Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments to support efficient operations. Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining records. Help maintain clean and organized reception, kitchen, and common office areas.
