Employment Information Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week | Flexible schedule Pay: $15–$18/hour DOE Job Responsibilities Process, verify, and code vendor invoices Prepare and process vendor payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain AP records and vendor documentation Communicate with vendors and internal departments Reconcile corporate credit card transactions Perform general clerical duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and web-based software Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment IN-OFFICE position – remote work is not available Business casual dress required #J-18808-Ljbffr The HT Group
