OneSource Building Technologies (OSBT) provides integrated, value-added solutions and services to large-scale national and international customers with a global service provider network, a single point of contact, accountability, consistent quality and on-time delivery.

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This individual will support our Accounts Payable Manager, perform Accounts Payable-related data entry functions, and assist with other clerical tasks within the accounting and finance department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with:
• • Entering vendor invoices
  • Handling vendor inquiries
  • Assist with other clerical tasks within the department as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• This is an entry level position
• Experience working in an Accounts Payable role is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP software is a plus, but not required

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments with strict deadlines.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and within time constraints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
