Duties and responsibilities:

· Maintaining units under Housing Quality Standards

· Create upcoming HQS Inspections calendar.

· Generate work orders for failed Inspections

· Administering notices, and scheduling appointments with residents

· Maintaining and tracking of completion of repairs with supers and managers

· Daily communication with the agencies and residents.

· Maintaining tracking sheets among other HQS compliance related work, ensuring it is update as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Management / Leased housing experience

· Responsible for clerical duties such as organizing, filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.

· Answer telephones, take messages, and communicate with internal and external partners/individuals with the utmost customer service.

· Manage all incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence.

· Verbal and written communication skills and proficiency.

· Technology savvy and familiar with e-mail systems.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

· Responsible for maintaining paper and electronic records.

· Track office supply inventory and order supplies when needed.

· Work on special projects or providing extra support to other teams.

Skills/Qualifications

· Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume office, and appropriately set priorities and exercise independent judgment.

· Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Ability to multitask

· Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) required.
