Social Media Account Coordinator

Do you color-code your calendar for fun? Can you spot a typo from across the room, and does it physically bother you until it's fixed? If so, read on. We're the in-house marketing agency for a large automotive group based in West Palm Beach. We're keeping the name confidential for now (the big reveal comes with the interview), but here's what we can share: our Organic Social team creates, publishes, and manages content for 40+ dealership brands across multiple states, and that number keeps climbing. We're hiring an Account Coordinator to help keep this fast-growing operation running on time and on brand. This is a true entry-level position. You do not need five years of experience (looking at you, every other job posting). You do need to be organized, curious, and mildly obsessed with the details. You'll work directly with our Social Account Executives, Community Manager, and department Director, supporting the day-to-day machinery that keeps dozens of dealership social accounts stocked with fresh content. Note: This is an in-house role. Remote applicants will not be considered. What You'll Do Schedule and coordinate our network of freelance videographers and content creators across multiple markets Upload, organize, and tag video and photo assets in Sprout Social Publish video content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Proof videos before they go live: spelling, branding, DISCLAIMERS, and making sure the right store's video lands on the right store's page (it matters more than you'd think) Pull weekly and monthly performance reports and help turn the numbers into something humans want to read Keep content calendars, trackers, and asset libraries clean and current Support the Account Executives with day-to-day client requests Pitch in wherever the team needs, because "fast-growing" means no two weeks look exactly alike What You Bring Exceptional organization and attention to detail The ability to juggle multiple deadlines, stores, and personalities without dropping the ball Working knowledge of the major social platforms; professional experience is a plus but not required Comfort in Google Sheets or Excel A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience that taught you how to get things done Bonus Points Experience with Sprout Social or another social media management platform An interest in cars, or at least a willingness to learn the difference between a crossover and an SUV A calm, friendly way of following up with people who have not answered your first two emails 401(k) plan Health, dental, and vision insurance Hands-on training with real responsibility from week one A clear growth path on a team that is genuinely growing (this role exists because we keep adding stores) A front-row seat to how a major automotive group runs social media on scale Let's Keep the Wheels Turning We're not just filling the seat.
