What You'll Do

As an Electrical Foreman , you will manage all aspects of commercial electrical projects , ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electricians and electrical helpers
• Oversee project documentation and maintain customer relationships
• Plan and execute installation and repair of electrical and control systems
• Install and maintain equipment such as motors, relays, starters, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and power distribution centers
• Determine conduit sizes, pull conductors, make terminations, and install junction boxes
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Support wiring and electrical operations for new construction, retrofits, and system upgrades

What You Bring

• Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred but not required)
• Trade school completion or equivalent field experience
• Foreman-level experience in commercial electrical installations and power/control wiring
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage projects independently
• Strong working knowledge of NEC, local codes, and OSHA regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
