In the role of a Residential Therapist, they engage closely with hospital liaisons, schools, mental‑health centers, and the community to address the individualized needs of each client on their caseload through collaborative endeavors. Education Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling Licensure/Certification

LMSW, LCSW, PLPC OR LPC

Qualifications Knowledge of clinical theory, therapy, and systems. Requires analytical ability necessary to handle moderately complex administrative details such as preparing nonrecurring reports. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with attention to detail. Proficient in Word and email applications.
