Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Remote)

Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner supporting full-cycle recruiting for Clinical Specialist roles at Stryker. Partner with hiring managers to identify and acquire clinical talent, manage 15–20+ active requisitions, and operate within a data-driven enterprise environment. Remote position with flexibility across U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15–20+ active requisitions and lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer management
• Conduct structured phone screens and build candidate pipelines for Clinical Specialist roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, clarify role requirements, and develop recruiting strategies
• Track recruiting metrics in Workday and HiredScore, ensuring data integrity and monitoring time-to-fill and pipeline health
• Provide market insights on candidate availability, talent pools, compensation, and hiring timelines to support decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of work experience
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday) and recruiting tools (HiredScore, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting in agency or corporate settings
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions and stakeholder priorities

Compensation: $69,500–$144,200 USD annual (depending on location and pay grade)
