Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026. Summary Plans,directsand coordinates the activities of the Food Service Department toprovidedietetic services to patients as well as employees and guests. Establishes policies and procedures toprovideadministrativedirection for cafeteria menu formation, food preparation, distribution and service, budgeting, purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices,staffingand staff development. Pay:Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 to 5yrs experience in a supervisory role with a demonstrated knowledge of hospital nutritional deliverysystems Knowledge of therapeutic diets ServSafeFood Protection Manager Certification isrequiredat the time of hire or will receive within 3 months ofhire Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, timemanagementand prioritization skills.
