Working directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams, you’ll operate at the heart of complex business transformation, shaping strategy, establishing the roadmap and leading delivery through to measurable outcomes. Working in lean teams, you will lead complex, enterprise-level transformation engagements from initial strategy and design through to implementation, working as a trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders.

You Will Need

\n

\n
• 6+ years’ experience within a recognised management consultancy
\n
• Manager or Senior Manager-level experience in a leading consulting firm
\n
• Strong programme leadership across strategy, design and delivery
\n
• Experience advising senior stakeholders within Fortune 1000 organisations
\n
• Existing US work authorisation without visa sponsorship requirements
\n
