Position Overview As a BCBA, you'll design, implement, and supervise individualized behavior analysis programs for clients, often including those with autism or developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help improve behavior, learning, and daily functioning through proven ABA strategies. You will also mentor behavior technicians and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, ethical care. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Supervise, train, and support behavior technicians and staff implementing treatment plans. Monitor client progress through detailed data collection and analysis; adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare teams to align goals and ensure consistency. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare detailed reports. Provide caregiver training to promote skills' generalization and long-term success. Ensure all services adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Proven experience implementing ABA interventions. Strong skills in data analysis, treatment planning, and staff supervision. Knowledge of ethical and professional standards in behavior analysis.
