Registered Nurse - Executive & Development Health - RN

Responsibilities The RN provides care to patients using face‑to‑face visits and telehealth nursing. Patient visits include reviewing patient health issues, medication review, immunization administration, and patient education. Telehealth includes telephone care related to visit planning, pre‑ordering labs/consults under the direction of the physician, and assessing symptom‑based concerns. The RN collaborates daily with physicians, clinical assistants, appointment coordinators, and medical secretaries. New Graduate Nurses Applicants should apply through the Nurse Residency Program posting. The program supports new graduate RNs and may allow them to indicate work units and specialties of interest. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN, CCNE, or NLN CNEA. One year of RN experience; minimum of two years recent acute‑care experience required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a team environment. Computer skills required; prior EHR experience preferred. High level of initiative, leadership, effective communication, and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations, including innovations in practice. Previous telephone triage experience helpful. Internal applicants must attach three most recent performance appraisals. License and Certification Must obtain prior to start date: current RN license in applicable state; BLS valid for 90 days post‑start date (acceptable certifications: AHA/Heartcode® BLS, Military Training Network, Red Cross). Additional state licensure and/or specialty certification/training as required by the work area.
