Senior Jewelry Merchandising Specialist

Summary The Senior Jewelry Merchandising Specialist will drive commercial performance and strategic development for the North American jewelry business by optimizing assortment, inventory, and sales across retail and e-commerce channels. The role combines strong analytical work with product and market expertise to own key KPIs and inform strategic planning. The specialist will partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution of assortment, inventory movements, and reporting. Responsibilities Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting and ad-hoc business reviews for the jewelry business. Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights to support assortment and inventory decisions. Partner with E-commerce merchandising to develop and execute assortment strategies and communicate opportunities. Monitor and rebalance inventory across the DOS network and execute ad-hoc rebalances for events. Manage DOS spot orders, inventory trackers, and liaise with central merchandising for approvals. Create and maintain line sheets, merchandising calendars, newsletters, and process documentation for stakeholders. Execute special projects and reporting assigned by merchandising leadership related to DOS and BP activations. Requirements 4+ years of merchandising experience, preferably in luxury retail. High-level Excel skills and familiarity with IT applications such as SAP, BW, Tableau or Power BI. Strong retail math skills and ability to analyze historical data and forecast trends. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently, exercise professional judgment, and collaborate cross-functionally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
