We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong communication and

leadership skills to serve as Chief of Staff.

In this key role, youll help oversee City departments while acting as

the important link between the Mayor, City Council and the community.

Youll exercise conflict management to resolve sensitive issues, serve as

the Mayors representative in union negotiations and personnel issues,

and lead a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, promoting

accountability and supporting professional growth. Additionally, youll

make presentations to various boards and commissions, attend meetings,

conferences, and other events out of town and out of state as needed,

and serve as key point of contact between the Mayors Office and

nonprofits, community partners and other governmental agencies.

retirementand an annual salary of \$104,225.64 - \$151,080.48.
