Tasks

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, and quality objectives.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand and align with their complex business and IT goals.
• Motivate and guide your team to success, fostering a strong sense of unity and purpose.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication – especially on high-priority initiatives under close scrutiny.
• Manage contracts, deliveries, invoices, and budgets with precision.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Have experience in financial services or a similar regulated industry (e.g., telco).
• Are tech-savvy and confident discussing technology solutions with clients and stakeholders.
• Have led a high-priority, closely-watched project where strong transparency and steady client management were essential to its success.
