Responsibilities Strategic Management of assigned client book, defining a roadmap to reach set goals Report on performance with details around trends, tactics implemented and next steps Outline the priority action items for delegation; Meet with direct reports to discuss priorities & support challenges/roadblocks Mentor Specialists and Junior Account Managers; act as a Navigator (peer buddy) for AM new hires Ensure top-line, measurable growth for client book, aiding in client retention and satisfaction Subject Matter Expert for client relationship management Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices for use in client education and company thought leadership.
