Vice President, Accessibility Testing Organization Lead

Build an accessibility testing function that makes a measurable difference for millions of customers. You’ll set strategy, scale standards and reporting, and partner across teams to embed accessibility into delivery.As an Vice President, Accessibility Testing Organization Lead in Card Shopping, you will define and lead the accessibility testing strategy and operating model for customer-facing card shopping experiences. You will manage and develop a team of accessibility testing professionals, partner across Product, Technology, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, and ensure accessibility quality is built into the product lifecycle from discovery through release.Job responsibilitiesLead the accessibility testing organization by setting the vision, operating model, standards, and roadmap for inclusive digital qualityManage, coach, and develop a team of accessibility testing professionals, including clear roles, goals, and performance expectationsDefine and implement accessibility test strategies, test plans, test cases, and defect management and quality assurance standardsPartner with Product, Technology, Design, and accessibility partners to align on requirements, testing scope, remediation, and measurementEstablish governance routines for intake, prioritization, reporting, escalation, and risk management to support timely deliveryOversee defect triage, root-cause analysis, remediation tracking, and clear communication of risks, progress, and outcomesEvaluate and recommend testing tools, automation opportunities, assistive technology practices, and process improvementsStay current on accessibility standards, regulatory expectations, and industry trends to continuously strengthen capabilityRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills7 years of experience in digital accessibility, accessibility testing, quality assurance, product testing, technology delivery, or a related fieldKnowledge of digital accessibility standards and regulations, including WCAG, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Section 508People management experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in testing, quality assurance, accessibility, product, or technologyExperience building or maturing programs, operating models, governance routines, standards, and delivery processesAbility to review designs and digital experiences to identify accessibility issues and translate findings into clear remediation guidanceExperience testing with assistive technologies (for example, NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack, magnifiers, and alternative input methods)Technical familiarity with HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility defect management practicesExperience using Jira to track accessibility defects and coordinate testing workExperience documenting standards and best practices in a shared knowledge base (for example, Confluence)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsKnowledge of WCAG 2.1 and WCAG 2.2, VPAT/ACR documentation, and accessibility expectations in regulated environmentsExperience leading accessibility testing for large-scale customer-facing web or mobile experiencesExperience implementing accessibility testing automation, quality dashboards, and executive-ready reportingFamiliarity with modern front-end frameworks (for example, React) and accessibility testing approaches for documents (for example, PDF accessibility)Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
