The team values accuracy, professionalism, and continuous improvement in delivering high-quality service.Role Description The Sustainability Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies across the firm’s operations and services. This role involves assessing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts, setting measurable sustainability goals, and tracking progress through data-driven metrics and reports. The Sustainability Manager will prepare sustainability reports, collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainable practices into business processes, and support client-facing initiatives that promote responsible business conduct. Daily tasks include research on sustainability trends and standards, analysis of performance data, preparation of internal and external communications, and coordination of training or awareness activities related to sustainable development. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Corporate Sustainability and Sustainable Development, with the ability to design and lead sustainability initiatives.Proficiency in Sustainability Reporting, including familiarity with common frameworks and standards. Effective Communication skills for drafting reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates. Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental studies, business, or a related field; relevant certifications are an asset.Knowledge of professional services or financial services environments is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
