Sr. Plastic Surgery Sales Representative (St. Louis, MO) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Aesthetics and Reconstruction

Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior plastic surgery sales representative for the St. Louis territory to drive Mentor product sales to surgeons and healthcare facilities. The role combines account management, territory development, and consultative selling to achieve sales objectives and market penetration in the aesthetics and reconstruction market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute consultative sales approach with customers in assigned territory
• Maintain existing accounts and build new business relationships to meet sales quotas
• Manage territory across multiple call points and product portfolio lines
• Demonstrate proper surgical use and differentiation of Mentor products to physicians
• Execute territory business plans and meet administrative and training requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-6 years of total work experience
• Surgical sales experience preferred
• Clinical and surgical technique knowledge
• Demonstrated product differentiation and consultative selling skills
• Ability to manage multiple account types including private practice and hospitals
