Screening Sales Representative - South St. Louis, MO

Abbott seeks a Screening Sales Representative to drive Cologuard adoption in medical practices across South St. Louis. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers and expanding colorectal cancer screening awareness to meet territory sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase Cologuard awareness and adoption
- Build relationships with physicians and healthcare administrators by identifying needs and delivering diagnostic solutions
- Analyze market data and customer insights to identify opportunities improving patient outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Medical Affairs on business strategies
- Document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM while maintaining compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or related field; or four years relevant professional experience
- Two years sales or account management experience; or one year sales plus one year healthcare experience; or active-duty military service as Junior Officer or above
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to influence customers
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; daily territory travel required
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements including vaccination where applicable
Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
