Account Specialist, Urology - St. Louis, MO

Responsibilities

• Promote assigned products to achieve or exceed sales targets across community practices and hospital health systems
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts including urology, urogynecology, and ambulatory surgical centers
• Deliver clinical and injection training to residents, fellows, and hospital personnel on proper anatomical and procedural techniques
• Identify customer needs and coordinate appropriate support resources for training, clinical, reimbursement, and operational requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, promotional regulations, and field asset management standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or 5+ years of technical experience with 3+ years in sales
• Ability to learn and communicate complex procedural, technical, and clinical information to diverse audiences
• Physical capability to lift and manipulate 25–100 lb training models
• Valid healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing and willingness to undergo background checks, drug screens, and vaccination verification
• Demonstrated strong sales performance in clinical or consultative sales environments preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory and attend overnight training events
