Full-time RN/LPN Positions (Day/Night Shifts) Available - Sign-on Bonus Offered

Shifts: 6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM

We are on the lookout for an exceptional RN/LPN to become part of our team at our community nursing and rehabilitation center located in Cañon City, CO . What We Provide

RN Salary Range: $38 - $44, depending on experience
LPN Salary Range: $30 - $36, depending on experience
RN Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 (disbursed in increments, with the final payment after six months of successful employment)
LPN Sign-on Bonus: $8,000 (disbursed in increments, with the final payment after six months of successful employment)

Job Overview

The RN/LPN Nurse will assist the Director of Nursing and can assume many of their responsibilities in their absence. This role is an excellent opportunity for a nurse aspiring to step into a leadership position or elevate their career. It combines clinical duties with staff management, guiding caregivers, medication technicians, and other team members to meet residents' needs and deliver outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to the community's philosophy and policies/procedures, as well as state regulations
Provide guidance and leadership to the caregiving staff
Train staff on medication administration and other caregiving responsibilities

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Possess a valid, unrestricted RN/LPN license in the state
Maintain continuing education unit (CEU) requirements
Proficient computer skills
A genuine passion for working with seniors!
