We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist us in providing outstanding patient care. As an essential part of our interdisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care through meaningful interactions.
• Assisting patients in achieving and maintaining their optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Observing and reporting any changes in patient conditions.
• Delegating tasks, guiding, and offering clinical oversight to CNAs on a daily basis.

• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Active and valid LPN/LVN license in the relevant state, maintained in good standing throughout your employment.
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification required upon hiring or to be acquired during orientation, with ongoing maintenance of certification throughout employment.

• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Provide knowledgeable and competent nursing care.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients.
