Post-Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurse (PACU RN)

Location: Akron, Ohio

Duration - 13 Weeks

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced PACU Registered Nurse to join a busy Ambulatory Surgery Center. The ideal candidate will have recent PACU experience and be comfortable caring for patients recovering from a variety of outpatient surgical procedures.

Assignment Details:

Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Monday–Friday Schedule
No on-call requirements
Occasional extended shifts may be required if patients are not ready for discharge
Outpatient surgery center setting
Same-day discharge patient population

Required Qualifications:

Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
Epic Charting Experience
Minimum 18 months of nursing experience prior to travel assignments
PACU experience required

Clinical Experience Preferred:

Orthopedic Procedures
Joint Procedures
Hand Surgery
General Surgery
Urology Procedures
Endoscopy Procedures
Ambulatory Surgery Recovery
