Accounts Payable ManagerAccounts Payable Manager Logistics Industry Direct Hire Salary: $65,000–$90,000 DOEWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full-cycle AP function within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role will manage a team of three Accounts Payable Specialists and ensure the accurate and timely processing of high-volume invoices, vendor payments, and financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor a team of 3 AP Specialists, including training, performance management, and workflow prioritizationOversee full-cycle accounts payable operations including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment executionEnsure timely and accurate processing of high-volume invoices, wire transfers, ACH, and check runsMonitor and enforce internal controls, company policies, and compliance with accounting standardsPartner with operations, procurement, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processesReview and approve invoice batches, payment runs, and vendor reconciliationsManage vendor relationships, including handling escalations and resolving payment issuesPrepare AP aging reports, accruals, and assist with month-end and year-end closeSupport audits by providing required documentation and responding to inquiriesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency within AP workflowsQualifications5+ years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleExperience managing high-volume AP in logistics, transportation, distribution, or a similar industry preferredStrong understanding of full-cycle AP processes and internal controlsExperience supervising and developing a teamProficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPay Details: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year Search managed by: Nikki Caudill Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Military connected talent encouraged to apply Ref: US_EN_27_814328_3127790
