Infirmary Health

Job Title

Performs evaluations, plans and implements therapy treatment programs to provide optimal patient rehabilitation and ensure quality of care.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited therapy program.

Licensure/Registration/Certification

State license required.
BLS.

Desired Qualifications

MS degree from an accredited therapy program.
Considerable knowledge of staff therapist functions.
State license with clinical specialty.
