Facility: Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Position: Dietary Aide Location: Boynton Beach, Florida Shift: Part-Time - 4pm-8pm Salary: Up to $17.00 per hour Job Description: Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a reliable and dedicated Dietary Aide to join our dietary team. The Dietary Aide plays a key role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities Assist the cook as directed by the Food Service Director. Prepare and label nourishments according to center procedures. Portion and prepare desserts, salads, and other non-entrée foods; pour and serve beverages. Follow production sheets and pre-preparation guidelines to ensure accurate food preparation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting. Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality. Why Join Us?
