  • Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for Innovation, Product Management, and Commercial leadership.
  • Provide clinical and market-based perspectives to support new product development, lifecycle management, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Lead the FSV organization, establishing priorities, performance expectations, and field execution strategies that support Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), enhance customer education, and drive adoption of key products and commercial objectives.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources to support strategic initiatives, educational programs, and field activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting on program effectiveness, field activity outcomes, and clinical engagement initiatives.
