Pay: $40-$48/hr

Per Diem: $92/day worked

Housing Provided (Montrose, CO)

Company Truck Provided

Project Duration: 3 Years

We're hiring an experienced Carpenter Foreman for the construction of the new Four Seasons Hotel in Telluride, CO. This is a long-term opportunity leading crews on a large ground-up commercial project.

• Lead and coordinate crews of 5-10+ carpenters and laborers
• Manage daily work activities and production goals
• Read plans, coordinate with superintendents, and solve field issues
• Perform layout, formwork, rough carpentry, and general carpentry tasks
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Work alongside the crew when needed

• 5+ years of Foreman experience
• Ground-up commercial construction experience
• Experience leading crews on large projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and coordinate daily work activities
• Experience working for large General Contractors preferred

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
